Service guarantee
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. If there was any issue we are happy to make corrections if needed, within a reasonable time from the date of your treatment. 

Late Arrival
In order to respect the time of both: our clients and ourselves, we kindly ask you to arrive for your appointment on time. If the client is arriving more than 15 minutes late, the salon has rights to refuse the full treatment. 

Late cancellation/ no show
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask you to notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the cancellation was not made on time, the deposit won’t be refunded and we will ask for a 50% deposit for your next appointment. If you missed your appointment twice, we will ask to pay full price in advance to book your next appointment. 

Patch test
All new clients for waxing, tinting and certain facials are required to get a patch test in the salon at least 24 hours before their appointment. It is obligatory and If you don’t get it done in that time, we refuse to perform treatment and the deposit won’t be refunded. The deposit will not be transferred to another appointment.

Age restriction
Treatments are reserved for people who are of age 16 or older. Some treatments may be available for clients under the age of 16, but need to be discussed with the Therapist prior to the appointment and will require a written consent from a parent or guardian for those specific services.

Right to refuse service
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

Tips Policy
Tips are appreciated but not expected. 100% of the tips are given to the therapists

Health history and privacy statement
Careya Beauty is required to have information about health history, allergies, physical issues or disabilities, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications and any medical treatments. The client is responsible to communicate any discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment. The salon doesn’t take responsibility for any complications caused by medical problems not mentioned prior to the treatments. 

Any Information provided by the client will be strictly kept confidential under the GDPR regulation and will never be shared to a third party unless required by the law.

Careya Beauty takes your privacy seriously and we will never sell or rent your personal data to any third-party. Sharing of your data and direct marketing activities are only carried out with your express consent, which you are free to withdraw at any time. We need to obtain and process your personal data to provide you with our products, services and treatments and to fulfill our business and legal obligations. Vouchers and promotions
Gift vouchers must be presented for use to pay for treatment or products. All Gift vouchers purchased at Careya Beauty are Non Refundable and valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. All promotions are limited in time when the promotion is in effect. The administration reserves the right not to honour a promotion that is considered expired.

Allergic Reactions
We understand that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type. Careya Beauty will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48hours of use, within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us immediately or contact your GP to seek advice. Stop using the product. Please take clear, makeup free photographs of the skin reaction. Return the product for a refund or credit note. Careya Beauty reserves the right to request a Doctor’s letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
